Boil the potatoes.Wash and cut the fenugreek leaves.

Chop all the ingredients.Take other dry ingredients too.

Peel the potatoes.Heat a pan with oil.Crackle the cumin and mustard seeds.

Add chopped spices and roast a little.Now add dry spices then chopped tomato.And cook until tomato melts.

Add half cut potatoes.Salt to taste and cook it with good mix.

Now add fenugreek leaves.And mix nicely.Cook until a good colour and aroma.serve with chapati.
