Ingredients

  • 2 cupswhole moong
  • 1 cupbrown rice
  • As per taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong and rice for 4 to 5 hours and grind it.

  2. 2

    Add salt and make dosas.

  3. 3

    You can add a twist by adding cheese, oregano, onion, capsicum and chilli flakes for topping, serve hot with green chilli chutney.
