  6. 2 cupoil for frying
  7. Ingredients for daal
  8. 1 cupChana Dal soaked
  9. 1tsp.Salt
  10. 1/4 tsp.Haldi
  11. 1tsp.cumin seeds
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tsp.Amchoor powder
  15. Ingredients for chat
  16. 1/2 cupdal
  17. 1tblsp grn chutney
  18. 2grn chillies
  19. 1tblsp tamrind chutney
  20. 1 Tblspoon Pomegranate sev
  21. 1tblsp grn coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well

  2. 2

    Knead well with the help of water to make semi tough dough.

  3. 3

    Add this tempering to dal.

    Put some dal over it.
