  • 200 gmsMushroom
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 2Onions
  • as requiredOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • as requiredKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Wash mushroom and cut them into slices.

    Heat wok add oil followed by ginger and garlic. Cook for 2 mins. Add onion and fry well.

    Add red chilli powder salt turmeric powder. Add mushrooms and Fry well.

    Cook for 5 minutes add coriander leaves and off the flame after 5 minutes.
