Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1/2 kgcarrot
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 2cardamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and grate the carrot

    Heat a pan add 2tbsp oil... Add grated carrot.. Saute for 2 min

    Now add milk... Let it boil.. Stir it

    When the milk get reduces add sugar and cardamon

    Carrot absorbs all milk it will become dry... Turn off the gas. Your halwa is ready to serve
