Steps

Roast rava in a pan, let it cool.

Add curd and water in rava, put it aside for 20 minutes.

Add salt and some more water if necessary to get the right consistency.

Add eno and mix well.
Heat water in a cooker - 5
Add the mixture into idli moulds, put this mould into the cooker and close the lid.
Don not forget to remove the whistle. - 6
Prick a toothpick if it comes out clear it means your idli ready, if not then cook for 5 minutes more.

Now with the help of a knife or spoon take it out and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney. Enjoy with your loved ones.
