Ingredients

8viennas
3 tbspnall purpose flour
3 tbspncorn flour
1tspn tumeric
1tspn sugar
Buttermilk
Water

Steps

Mix all the ingredients to make a paste. Nb it should be thicker than pancake

Insert the skewers to the viennas.

Rub the viennas in flour
4

Transfer the mixture into a tall glass. Deep the viennas.
5

Fry then straight in oil. Enjoy with a cup of tea
