Ingredients

  1. 3 headsbroccoli
  2. Cupquinoa
  3. 1/2 cupparsley
  4. 1 cupwalnuts
  5. Pomegranate seed
  6. Dressing
  7. 3 tablespoonOlive oil
  8. 1/4Lemons juice
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. 1/4 cupPomegranate molasses
  12. 1 tablespoonhot red pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut broccoli and steam make sure they are crispy and dip them in cold ice water to keep the green color and then let it drain the water and cool for about 20 minutes

    Cook quino as directed in the box with salt and olive oil and let it cool

  3. 3

    Chop the parsley walnuts and broccoli roughly

  4. 4

    Make the dressing and soak the quinoa for at least hour with dressing and taste for the spices

  5. 5

    Mix everything and 😉
