Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1fresh broccoli
  • 1fresh pear
  • 5fresh radish
  • 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  • 1/4dryed cranberries
  • 1 teaspoonold-fashionned mustard
  • 1 tablespoonMiracle Whip style salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonwater
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the broccoli, head and stems, in small cubes

  2. 2

    Chop the pear and radishes in small cubes, leaving skin on both

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
