Ingredients

1/2 kgpotatoes
As per tastesalt
2 tspschezwan sauce
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspdry oregano
1 tspGinger garlc sauce
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 cupchopped spring onion
2 tspchopped green coriander
1/4 cuptomato puree
2 tbspmustard oil

Take water and take potatoes cut without peeling in round shape wash and dry.

Take a wok put mustard oil one the oil gets smoked, then add potatoes fry in both sides then add all masala and all ingredients.

Then cook till soft now sprinkle dry oregano and coriander.

Serve schezwan potatoes.
