Ingredients

  • 4Boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupGreen peas soaked and boiled
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 2Khasta
  • 3 - 4 tsptamarind Chutney
  • 1 eachChopped onion and tomatoes
  • 2Chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tspChat masala
  • As per taste Salt
  • As per taste Red chilli powder
  • 1 tspChopped Coriander leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash potatoes add salt, red chilli powder in it make round shape of tikki and shallow fry it.

    Now on a plate take 3 Tikkis.

    Add boiled peas, curd, chopped veggies, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and tamarind chutney.

    Now add khasta and coriander leaves. Enjoy your potato tikki chat.
