In a pan on heat,add oil

Add in your onions. Cook till golden brown

Add your tomatoes cook then add in the green bell pepper cook for 2 minutes with some salt

Add in your cut fish pieces,with salt to taste and a half tsp of black pepper,cookie and let it cook for 10 min add in some little broth cover it to seemer

When ready serve with your favorite accompaniment
