A healthy replacement for ice cream that can be relished at all ages and keeping you fit and fine. Just some milk and fruits and a yummy dessert is ready.
Steps

In a mixer/food processor add the blueberries, currant, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice and grind it to smooth paste. Cover and process until smooth.

Now add in the yogurt to the blueberry mixture and give a quick mix.

Fill in the ice-cream in tub and freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.

Garnish with some more currants and berries
