Chocolate tiramisu mousse

Take a warm the water and add instant coffee powder stir it well and keep aside.

Now cut the vanilla sponge with cookie-cutter in glass sized diameter keep aside.

In a big bowl take a fresh cream and warm it in double boiler add dark chocolate and let the chocolate to b malted now mix the chocolate and fresh cream now let it b cool at room temp.

In the same bowl add whipped cream and vanilla essence use cut and fold method to combine the mixture.

Now fill the mixture in piping beg and keep in the fridge for half an hour.

Now chocolate mousse ready for pipe out.

Method for assembling --Take a shot glass.

Pipe out the mousse at a bottom of glass.

Now deep the round vanilla sponge in the coffee water and place over the mousse

Again pipe out the mousse over the coffee flavours vanilla sponge

Repeat the alternative step to make glass dessert in the last sprinkle cocoa powder in the top.

Keep the fridge and serve cold.
