Steps

Take a bowl add meethi, salt, Coriander, ajwain, besan, zeera, green chilli paste mix well and make a soft dough.

Cover the dough and rest it for 10 mins.

After 10 mins make a paratha with the help of roller.

Shallow fry on tawa, apply butter on both the side of paratha.
- 5
You can Serve it with ketchup, green chutney or mayonnaise.
