Roughly chop spinach and wash it and boil it in pressure cooker upto 6-7 whistles..and then cook it at low flame for 10 min.

Now take a pan, heat oil and add green chilli and grated ginger and garlic in it..

When ginger, garlic becomes red then add chopped onion into it..

Now when onion becomes red in colour add salt and turmeric powder into it

Cook for a minute and add grated tomato

Cook it for 5-10 minute

Now spinach that we boiled, let it cool down, when it cooled down mash it with a masher

After mashing it with masher add mashed spinach into onion tomato paste

Cook it now until it mix it with mixture properly

Now take sour lassi in bowl and add gram flour and mix it with a blender

Now add the sour lassi and gram flour mixture into masala (onion, tomato and spinach)

Now keep stirring the kadhi and add water as required and bring boil 2-3 times

Cool it on medium or low flame for half an hour and keep stirring in between

Palak kadhi is ready to serve
