Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 bundlefresh palak
  • 200 grmspaneer
  • 1/4 cuphung curd
  • 2 tbsproasted besan
  • 2 tspginger,chilli, garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1 tspaamchur / lemon juice
  • as required Square pieces of paneer, green capsicum, onion, tomatoes
  • as neededOil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Blanch palak, grind with ginger chilli garlic paste, make smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Take out in bowl add, all ingredients, mix well.
    Keep it in a fridge to marinate at least 2 hours..

  3. 3

    Later again mix to well coated..
    Insert all pieces one by one in skewer, keep ready all skewers...

  4. 4

    Heat a non-stick grill pan and grease with some oil, place the prepared skewers, roast from all sides till golden brown...
    Ready to serve.. Serve hot with tomato ketchup..

My cooking guru is my Maa - Mrs. Madhuri Dhanraj Bhatia. She was a master home chef, running a small business of food items like daily meal tiffin, traveling food packs, seasonal pickles, papad, chips, fryums, etc. So I learned a lot from her. At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me.
