Ingredients

1 cupwheat pasta
1/2 tspSalt
4 cupsWater
Forveggies-
1 tspoil
1/2 tbspcorn
1/4 cupchopped green capsicum
1/4 cupred capsicum chopped

For white sauce-
2 tbspbutter
2 tbspwheat flour
3 cupsmilk
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tsporegano

Steps

Take 2 cups water in deep saucepan bring it to boil over medium flame when it is start boiling add pasta and salt boil them until.al-dente

Transfer cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped green, red, yellow capsicum, broccoli and salt stir and cook until veggies are little cooked but still crunchy for around 2 minutes

Heat butter in a pan add wheat flour stir continuously and cook fir a minute pour milk little by little while stirring continuously with whisk stir and mix 2 minutes.

Reduce flame to low continue stirring and cooking until mixture starts to thicken add chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pinch of black pepper mix well.

Add saute vegetables and pasta turn off the flame mix well.

Transfer it to serving plate white sauce pasta is now ready, garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
