First cut potatoes in slice and remain in water for 15 minutes with salt

Meanwhile pour gram flour in a bowl add salt,turmeric powder and baking soda mix it well.add water to make a smooth paste

Now drain water from potato slices and dip in this batter and deep fry in oil untill it's colour changes to golden brown

Aalu pakoda is ready to eat. Serve hot and with tomato ketchup it gives delicious taste.
