Desi Ghee
We Indians love the taste of pure desi ghee
Steps

Collect milk cream in box, keep it in the fridge.

Take out that box from the fridge, mix curd in it keep it at warm place (optional).

Pour this cream into mixture with a glass of water and few ice cubes.

Now take out butter from it in a pan.
- 5
Heat that butter, let it melt. Remove all the waste with the help of a strainer.
- 6
Pour this liquid into a jar, enjoy it with chapati, parantha, curry or in tadka.
