A simple, delicious, and easy way to make beef shawarma at home. The ingredients are enough to make 3 sandwiches.

Marinate the beef slices with all the marinade ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Heat a heavy skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and sauté until browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan.

Spread 1 tablespoon of tahini garlic sauce on each piece of bread.

Place some beef slices on one side of the bread.

Add some parsley and onion salad on top of the beef.

Roll up the sandwich as usual. You can toast it lightly in a sandwich press if desired.

Serve the sandwiches with French fries and pickles on the side.
