Ingredients

  1. 2lbs. pork loin
  2. 2apples, peeled and sliced
  3. 1/2 cuponion, sliced
  4. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  7. 1/2 cupmaple syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    INSTRUCTIONS: 1. (optional) Cut several slits into pork loin. 2. (optional) Stuff with some of the apple slices. 3. Place pork into a gallon-sized freezer bag. 4. Add all other ingredients on top. 5. Zip the bags closed and freeze.

    TO COOK: 1. Thaw in the refrigerator the night before or the morning you plan to cook. 2. Place contents of bag in the bottom of the slow cooker. 3. Cook on medium for 6 hours (or low for 8). Serve with mashed potatoes.
