7 ozcooked green beans
2 ozsliced radish
1/2 ozchopped parsley
1/2 tspdried oregano
1 ozsliced onion
1 ozcottage cheese
1 3/4 ozarugula
Vinaigrette
2 tbspapple cider vinegar
1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Make the vinaigrette by mixing the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the green beans, radish, parsley, oregano, onion, cottage cheese, and arugula, and add the vinaigrette at the last moment.
