Ingredients

  • 10bread pieces
  • 200 grambesan/gram flour
  • 6potato Boiled
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cuppeas
  • to tastered chilli powder for spice
  • 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add into oil and leaving it for heat.now Take a bowl... add into vesan and after that slowly u will add water and make liquid(check it properly it's not very thick.)

    After that add into salt according to taste.

  3. 3

    Now other side take another bowl and add into potato (park off) and onion, green chilli,peas,garam masala,red chilli powder and add well.

  4. 4

    Now take bread slice and paste into potato mixture and cover it with another bread slice and dip into vesan liquid and deep fry.

  5. 5

    When it's change light orange colour take out from pan and serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
