4 boiled potatoes
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 cupchopped dhaniya(Coriander leaves)
2 chopped green chilli
as neededOil for frying
6 piecesatta dough balls

In the mashed aalu, mix all spices.

In one dough ball, add a spoonful of aalu masala

Fold it properly and roll like roti.

Transfer to a pan. Fry properly on both sides with sufficient oil.

Enjoy with mint sauce.
