  2. 2 tbspghee
  3. 4 tbspsugar
  4. as neededChopped dried fruits
  5. 2 elaichi/Cardamom
  6. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai add ghee. Heat it and add elaichi

    Now add the dried fruits and saute

  3. 3

    Now add water, sugar and let ir simmer.

  4. 4

    Now add sewain. Cook well for 5-10 mins on medium to low flame
