Something different from the usual tomato stew. It's healthy and tasty😋😚

Prep the ingredients by washing all the vegetables and beef thoroughly. Cut the beef, onion and veggies into thin strips and set aside.

Transfer the beef into a clean bowl and season with Curry, thyme, black pepper, onion and garlic powder, olive /vegetable oil, seasoning cube and salt. Massage thoroughly into the beef, cover with a cling film and place in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour or overnight.

On medium heat, place a clean pot or pan. Add vegetable/olive oil and heat for a minute. Saute half of the sliced onions for about 2 minutes, add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for another minute. Add the marinated beef and keep stirring while it cooks. Add the grated pepper and stir until the beef becomes tender and crispy.

Add the veggies; carrot, peppers and onions. Add the soy and oyster sauce. Steam for about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and take off the heat. Can be enjoyed with rice, pasta or potatoes.
