Ingredients

2 serving
  • For Salad-
  • 1 cupbroken wheat/dalia/bulgur cooked
  • 1-2 cupor 1 bunch baby spinach finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupfresh mint leaves finely chopped (optional)
  • 1medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1medium cucumber, chopped
  • For dressing-
  • 1fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cupolive oil (EVOO)
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • As per tastesalt and black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    For the salad, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. 2

    For the dressing, add the ingredients into a small bowl and jar and mix well

  3. 3

    Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently and enjoy!
