12 servings
  • 2ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cupplain flour
  • 1 tspbi carb of soda
  • 1 cupcaster sugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter melted
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cupwalnuts
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • Oats to sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash bananas add eggs and mix well

    Add flour,butter,bi carb walnuts and milk mix together

    Spoon mixture into 12 muffin cases sprinkle with oats

    Bake in 160° oven for 30 mins
