First boiled peas. After boiled transfer in cold water.

Heat ghee in a pan add Asafoetida, cumin seeds splutter it. Add grated ginger and cardamom saute it.

When ginger and cardamom saute well add tomato pure cook 2 mins in low flame.

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,red chiiy, kitchen king masala mix well. Cook till oil spreads.

Add sugar mix well.Then add khoya cook 3 min till oil spreads.

Then add cream cook 1 min. Add water and salt mix well. Then add boiled peas and salt cook 8 to 10 mins in slow flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
