Cheesy potato balls
Steps

Boil potato with salt and bay leaves until soft, drain and set aside.

In a bowl,add boiled potato and mash properly, add all the spices and seasoning and mix very well. Make round balls and put a small cube of mozzarella cheese,and mould again, then set aside.

In a small bowl, add little flour and sprinkle black pepper and pinch of salt, then set aside, crack eggs and add little white pepper and set aside also, in another bowl, add bread crumbs and chopped parsley.

Dip ball in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs,repeat with remaining balls until you are done, deep fry until golden brown
