Steps

Take a bowl and add flour, semolina, red chilli powder, cummin powder, asafoetida, ajwain, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil and mix it.

Then knead a dough using water.

Now divide in equal portion and roll it.

Then put all the rolled poories in a freez for 5 minutes.

Then fry poories.

Take in serving plate and serve it.
