Mix Flour Methi poori is a favourite breakfast of my family on Sundays.. A healthy and heavy breakfast.
Steps

Take all flours in a broad bowl.
- 2
Add chopped fenugreek leaves, salt, oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

Mix well.
- 4
Add water little at once. Make a tight dough.
- 5
Make small balls out of the dough.
- 6
Roll out to make pooris.
- 7
Deep fry all pooris in hot oil.
- 8
Serve with pickle or tea.
