Wash & peel kaddu & cut in cubes. cut onion in slices & tomato in chunks

Heat oil in pan. Add raidaana & zeera.let it pop up. Add chopped garlic & fry till aroma comes. Add sliced onion & fry to pink. Add lal mirch, haldi, salt with little splash of water & fry masala in oil

When masala smell diminish add kaddu pieces & tomato. Mix well.cover & let it cook over medium flame.it will coom in it's own water or if needed add 1/2 cup water

When kaddu gets soften and cooked well in masala. add harimirch. cover & turn off flame

Garnish with chop fresh haradhania.sprinkle 1 tsp garam masala powder before serving (optional)

Serve garma garamkaddu ki sabzi with chapati and enjoy with cookpad.
