Ingredients

20-25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 1large red bell pepper
  • 10okras
  • 1Andouille sausage
  • 5-7small golden potatoes
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • White Rice
  • Butter

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Chop all veggies into about an inch in size

  3. 3

    Oil pan and place veggies on top

  4. 4

    Cut sausage into 1/2-1 inch coins

  5. 5

    Add sausage to veggies

  6. 6

    Add olive oil and toss

  7. 7

    Add seasonings across all the food according to taste

  8. 8

    Place in oven for 10 minutes

  9. 9

    Take out of oven and toss

  10. 10

    Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes (I like to put in for 13 minutes

  11. 11

    Cook 4 cups of rice

  12. 12

    Take out of oven and mix with rice

  13. 13

    Add some more paprika to color rice

  14. 14

    Enjoy
