  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 pinchesasafoetida
  • As neededoil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add wheat flour, asafoetida, salt and water make a dough for puri. Keep it for rest for 10 minutes.

    Now make puri, deep fry in medium hot oil.
