Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupRice
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 5 cupsMilk
  • 10-12almonds(shredded), blanched

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice and milk in a deep pan.Summer over low flame, stirring occasionally till the rice cooked and the milk becomes thik.When done add sugar। raisins and add cardamoms.

  2. 2

    Stir till sugar gets dissolved properly.Served hot or chilled.
