Coconut jaggery barfi

Heat a pan. Add grated coconut. Fry till it releases it's oil and become sticky. Then add jaggery milk dry fruits and stir continuously till it becomes a dough-like texture. Then add ghee. Mix it properly. It's done. Grease a tray with ghee and spread the coconut evenly.. then give it cut in barfi shape. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then serve it cool. It's really delicious and healthy too.
