Sweet Lapsi / Sajjige

Roast the Lapsi with 1tsp ghee on medium heat and keep aside.

Now in the same pan add 2 cups water and heat, add crushed ginger(not paste) and jaggery and let it melt.

Once the water starts to boil add the roasted Lapsi, cover and cook for 5-10 mins till all the water is observed Serve it hot topped with some more ghee.
