At first in a large bowl, add flour, along with the salt,hing,carrom seeds, red chili powder.and with water Knead this well and form a soft dough.

Next, take a medium sized portions from the dough and make a small balls out of it. Next, take one of the balls and press it between your palms, converting it into a flat shape.

Now, using a rolling pin, flatten this small ball in the shape of a disc. Next, place a non-stick pan on low flame. Once hot, pour 1 teaspoon of ghee on it. Place the ro

Next, place a non-stick pan on low flame.Once hot, pour 1 teaspoon of ghee on it. Place the rolled out paratha on the heated pan and let it cook. flip it to the other side. Spread one teaspoon of ghee on the flipped side and allow it to cook. Keep on flipping the sides until both the sides are properly cooked and paratha turns golden brown.
