Firstly boil Dal in a Sepri, with Salt and little haldi in it,and keep aside.In a big bowl,put maida mix little Oil, Milk,1tsp dahi,apinch Soda, Salt and make Dough,,cover for few minutes,then make pakwan shape by pricking it in each Pakwan

In a big Kadai put Oil, put Pakwan,fry till Golden brown

Gve Jeera and Spices over Dal and serve hot with papad and chutney

Lastly granish with chopped onion and chutney and yummy it taste
