Raw Mango Chutney

Keep all ingredients ready. Cut mango into pieces after removing seed. Heat the oil, temper with musterd and cumin seeds and turn off heat.

Put raw mango pieces, red chilli powder, salt, oil fried fenugreek seeds-musterd, jaggery and asafetida and grinde without adding water.

When it becomes smooth paste, trase to serving bowl. Raw mango chutney is ready.
