Chop the cabbage, cook in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then drain completely.

Chop the onions, crush the garlic cloves. Cook the onions for few minutes and add crushed garlic. Cook over medium-low heat until onions become golden.

In a large bowl place cooked and drained cabbage, cooked onions, garlic, black pepper or fresh pepper, salt, cut and well washed ugu, and thyme. Mix all well

Add salt and taste. Mix till you get your desired taste

Break in egg, add flour and mix well. The flour is to help make fold so it is not meant to be too much.

Female the mixture into dough.

Pour frying pan on low heat, pour oil in shallow frying.
