Keep all the above mentioned Ingredients ready.In a pan Heat 1 tsp Ghee on low flame.saute rose petals in it for a min.take out in a plate.whwn cooled, make a paste in a blender by adding 2 -3 tbsp milk.Take out the paste in a Plate.

In the same pan, Heat 1 tsp Ghee,add milk and powder sugar.mix well.when milk boils for 2 min, add milk powder and stirr constantly so that there should not be any lumps.Add rose petal paste,white rose Essence and 2 drops pink food colour.Mix everything well till a thick mixture is form ed.Transfer in a Plate,allow it to cool.Make 5 rolls from this stuffing mixture.In a Plate take fresh Paneer and mash it nicely for 5-7 min till smooth.Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.Make 5 rolls.

Make 5 rolls from mashed Paneer.Stuff the pink rose rolls in each Paneer roll and seal again.In this way fill all Paneer Rolls.

In a pan take water,add sugar and cardamoms.Heat on Medium flame and stirr till sugar dissolves.when the sugar solution start boiling, add stuffed paneer Rolls in it.Cook for 4-5 min.Flip the Rolls to other side again Cook for 4-5 Min.Off the flame.Take out the Rolls in a Plate.Let it cool.Then keep in fridge to cool for 30-40 Min.Serve chilled as a dessert.
