Ingredients

  1. 100 gmmakhana
  2. To tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  4. 1 tspoil or ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take frypan.heat on low flame.put makhana and roastfor 5-6 mnts or till crispy. in small bowl put oil or ghee add salt and pepper powder mix add to makhana and mix and roast it to two mnts more. switch off the gas.let them cool. Ready to eat. Store in airtight container and eat anytime.
