Take gram flour in a large bowl and make a better by adding water slowly and gradually. Beat till 5_10 minutes till it become fluffy by runny consistency. Keep a side for 10_15 minutes to rest. Add baking soda into better just before frying.

Make sugar syrup by adding 2 cups sugar and 1.5 water. Add green cardamom into it and cook untill it become sticky. But not too thick. Add few drops of lemon juice to avoid crystallization. Keep a side to reduce temperature.

Separate 2 tab spoon of gram flour better into two different bowls and mix green and red colour seperately into these bowls. Add yellow food colour in the remaining better and mix well.

Now heat oil and pour gram flour better over a spoon or strainer with small rounded wholes. Or spoon with wholes which we use for frying. When u pour better over spoon make sure to keep it away almost 8_10 inches away from heated oil. Use small amount of better to pour over spoon at a time and don't shake your spoon. Better will drop into oil in the form of small boondi on it's own. When these boondi fry take out into a bowl and keep a side. Repeat procedure till all better used to make boondi.

Now dip all the boondi for 4_5 minutes into sugar syrup which is slightly hot. And than take out them from syrup and keep into a serving bowl for 2_3 hours before serving. Sprinkle crushed dry fruits on top before serving.
