The origin of Biryani is came from India and Pakistan, I learned the recipe from my mom she used to cook it for us when I was young, Now I tried to modify it to my way, I used green spices to give it a different color than usual but with keeping the same taste!

Steps

Slow cook the meat with adding the preferred spices

Fry the chopped potato, the vegetables and the farmacili
- 3
Cook the rice, add the vegetables, farmacili and the potatoes
- 4
Add the spices to the rice and leave it for nearly 10 minutes
- 5
Once it ready to serve put the lamb meat on top and serve it
