Sandwich Dhokla

Take a bowl and add semolina, curd, salt and wat as required, make thick batter

Divide the semolina batter in 3 part, 3/4,3/4 and 1/4, add green food colour in 1/4 cup of semolina batter and also add green chutney and mix it

Add 1/2 spoon of Eno in 3/4 part of semolina batter and pour into a greased pan and steam it

When it steamed spread the green part of semolina and steam.

Then add 1/2 spoon of eno in second 3/4 part of semolina batter and spread it over the green steamed part.

When it steamed,off the gass and when it becomes cool demold it and cut it.

Take a tadka pan and heat the oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies and curry leaves and spread into the dhokla and serve with any sauce.
