Nutellotti with Organic Spelt Flour (Makes 25 Cookies)
During quarantine... it's time to get cooking!

Place the Nutella and egg in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Once the mixture is fairly liquid, add the flour. Mix with a spatula until you have a thick dough.

Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.

After chilling, use your hands to form small balls of dough, about 1/2 ounce (15 grams) each. Use your fingers to make an indentation in the center of each ball.

Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 10 minutes.

Fill the centers with Nutella. If desired, top with chopped hazelnuts or a dusting of powdered sugar.
