Corn Rice
Steps

Peel and cut aloo. Soak rice for 10 mint and keep aside.

Take a kadhai and heat the oil. Add jeera and crackle it. Add aloo and saute for 2 mint. Add corn and saute. Add all dry spices and mix well.

Add water and mix well. Close with lid till rice completely cooked. Garma -Garam corn rice ready to serve.
